Physical Therapist – Sign On Bonus of $5,000. Full time position available for a physical therapist. A varied case mix of in-patient skilled acute care and out-patient patients provide opportunities for program and referral development. Requirements include Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and licensed or eligible in the State of WV. New grads are welcome to apply. Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant – Full time position in our Extended Care Unit. Requirements include high school graduation or equivalent, certified by the State of WV or eligible and BCLS. Prefer candidate with previous experience with a Restorative Nursing Aide program. (01-06-10)
